Well we’ve finally made it to the end of the year, doesn’t it seem like this year has been going on for a long time? We hope everyone has managed to stay positive, healthy and safe during these trying times.

Moo Free Chocolates have been kept very busy with all the new and exciting things we have managed to accomplish this year. Join us as we summarise some of our moments from this year.

To start things off, one of our biggest announcements this year was the move to our new factory. While only across the road from our old factory we have appreciated the bigger working space allowing for greater production of our regular products as well as brand new ones like our Dark 65% and Sea Salt and Caramel eggs and Rosie Rabbit bar.

During the year we made a series of blog posts regarding the history of cacao - though bear in mind it’s more of an abridged version as if we had tried to cover absolutely everything, we may have still been writing it to this point in time! Check them out below:

Our next big announcement was our launch into ASDA, who are selling the Bunnycomb bar and Choccy Chum Surprises. Get yours today!

During the last quarter of the year we were nominated in the Vegfest awards 2018 for Best Vegan Chocolate. We went on to win thanks to everyone who voted for us.

Also, we’d like to thank everyone who took part in our Made with Moo Free campaign this year you’ve shared some fantastic recipes that look amazing and we’re very excited to try out for ourselves - when we get the chance that is! Check out this year’s submissions below:

All in all, a massive thank you to everyone who has supported us as well as all the hard-working staff who have gotten us through this year. We wish everyone a Merry Christmas and we’ll see you all in the new year, we can’t wait to show you what we have in store!
