Another week, another recipe for our Made with Moo Free campaign. This week Matthew (and his family) have sent in a wonderful recipe for a Moo Free Mountain. Thank you for sending us this recipe Matthew, we’ll be sending you some Moo Free Chocolate as thanks.

Matthew’s Moo Free Mountain

*Please note ingredients can be amended to suit individual needs and/or allergies**

  • 450g Moo Free Chocolate
  • 25g popcorn kernels
  • 50g dried fruit
  • 75g of mixture of marshmallows and biscuits (these can be any type depending of dietary needs/allergies)


  1. Take your popcorn kernels and use a popcorn machine or pan to make popcorn. Remember to remove any unpopped kernels. Leave in a bowl to one side.
  2. Roughly chop dried fruit (if not already in small pieces). Chop the marshmallows (if not already small) and crumble the biscuits. Add this to your popcorn bowl.
  3. Snap the moo free chocolate into a large heatproof bowl over a pan of gently simmering water and leave to melt, stirring occasionally. Once melted, add the popcorn mixture and stir well.
  4. Use a medium sized bowl and line with greaseproof paper or clingfilm, then pour in the mixture and press firmly. Refrigerate for an hour (or until completely set)
  5. Once firm, tip the bowl upside on a plate and peel off greaseproof paper/clingfilm. And there you have a moo free mountain! Slice and enjoy!
