Made with Moo Free: Chocolate Chunk Cookies

We have a new Made with Moo Free recipe. This week it’s Chocolate Chunk Cookies from Beth, thanks a lot Beth we’ll be sending some Moo Free Chocolate your way as thanks.

Chocolate Chunk Cookies


  • 250g dairy free butter
  • 110g golden caster sugar
  • 360g gluten free plain flour
  • 1/4 tsp xanthan gum
  • 200g Moo Free Chocolate cut into chunks


  1. Preheat your oven to 170C Fan.
  2. Beat together your butter and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add in your flour and xanthan gum to your mix until it comes together.
  4. Add in your chocolate chunks and mix in evenly.
  5. Lightly flour a surface and roll out your dough to 1 cm thick. Using a knife, cut out your shapes.
  6. Place cookies onto lined baking tray.
  7. Place your baking sheet into the fridge to chill for 15 - 30 minutes.
  8. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes until they start to turn slightly golden.
  9. Remove from the oven and leave to cool for a while on the baking sheet before transferring to a cooling rack.
