Moo Free Banana Bread

  • 4 ripe bananas (save one to top the loaf!)
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin spice or cinnamon.
  • 150g Gluten free self raising flour.
  • 3 tbsp of low calorie light syrup. (Sweet Freedom is recommended)
  • 100ml unsweetened almond milk.
  • 1tsp Cacao powder.
  • 1tbsp of baking powder.
  • 50g of Moo free Choccy drops (that’s two packets!)

  1. Preheat the oven to 200c & line your bread tin with grease proof paper.
  2. Mash 3 bananas in a bowl. Keep them lumpy if you can! It doesn’t need to be smooth.
  3. Add the cinnamon, baking powder and syrup. Stir with a spoon.
  4. Add the GF flour, whilst mixing, pour in the 100ml of almond milk.
  5. Add the cacao powder & choc chips. - Save a few choc drops to add on top of the loaf.
  6. Pour the mixture into your bread tin.
  7. Take the banana that you saved, slice it down the centre and place firmly into the mixture. - The banana on top will caramelise!
  8. Add the Moo Free chocolate drops and place in the oven for 35 mins.
  9. Wait to completely cool before serving.
