Made with Moo Free: Chocolate Covered Shortbread Biscuits

We’ve got a new Made with Moo Free recipe just before National Biscuit Day, It’s Chocolate Covered Shortbread Biscuits from Isaac and Eron! We’ll be sending some goodies as soon as possible.

Chocolate Covered Shortbread Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 250g dairy free butter
  • 110g caster sugar
  • 360g gluten free plain flour
  • 1/4 tsp xantham gum
  • 200g moo free chocolate

Method

  1. Beat together butter and sugar until smooth.
  2. Add in your flour and xantham gum, mix until it comes together.
  3. Roll out your dough and cut into preferred shapes then place onto a lined baking tray and put into the fridge for 15-30 minutes.
  4. Preheat oven to 170 degrees and place chilled shortbread into the oven for 20/25minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Melt your chocolate and dip your cooked shortbread in to decorate, add sprinkles too.
  6. Enjoy!
